Color : Garnet color with purple hints. It reveals a delicate and fleshy texture
Nose : Delicate and open to flavors of black fruit such as blackberry or blackcurrant. Spicy and mineral touch
Mouth : Delicate and dense mouth. The tannins are straight and structuring. They release a certain character with nice flavors of black fruit and of spices
Good with :Grilled Charolais fillet of beef, fried green asparagus and unctuous bearnaise sauce; Fillet of duck in a pan, small onions and truffe puree; Cheese "Champagne Chaource"
