Culture :

Cultivated organically (certified by Ecocert since 2024), we work our soils and harvest our grapes by hand.

Vinification / Ageing :

The 2 terroirs of this parcel are vinified and matured separately: one part is predominantly Greffieux and the other solely Bessard.

The wine is matured mainly in demi-muids, with no new wood, for more than 18 months.

Depending on the vintage, some of the grapes are harvested whole.

Bottling takes place on the estate.

Ageing potential :

This wine can be kept for 15 to 20 years. Serving temperature: 16 to 18°C.
