Some of the grapes are whole, depending on the vintage.
Bottling takes place on the estate.
Ageing potential :
This wine can be enjoyed now, but should be decanted or opened 2 hours beforehand to allow the wine to open up and appreciate. It can also be kept for over 10 years.
