Terroir:

Glacial alluvium consisting of rolled pebbles (in the commune of Pont de l’Isère) or loess soil on granitic sands (in the commune of Crozes-Hermitage).

Age of vines :

Less than 25 years for Pont de l’Isère vines and over 50 years for Crozes-Hermitage vines.

Culture :

Tilled soils, hand-picked grapes, organically grown (certified by Ecocert since 2023).

Vinification / Ageing :

Extraction douce des jus (pressoir pneumatique), fermentation et élevage en barriques bois ou inox (12 mois).

Bottling takes place on the estate.

Ageing potential :

Drink now or within 3 to 5 years. Serve between 10 and 12 °C.
