Color : This white wine has a pale yellow colour with green reflections.
Nose : The nose is expressive and develops fruity notes of fresh quince, lemon zest but also toasted notes reminiscent of roasted almond.
Palate : Round, smooth, enveloping and balanced by a fine freshness and a few bitters that lift the palate to notes of white peach and candied lemon. It is a racy and elegant wine.
Pairing : This wine will accompany tasteful dishes such as breaded frog legs seasoned with parsley and lemon juice ; Wing of stingray à la grenobloise (capers, croutons and lemon) ; Goat cheese like Picodon cheese or Sainte Maure de Touraine cheese. |
