Pairing : This wine will be excellent with fish and white meat such as : a few scallops roasted in butter and served on a buttered endive with a little fleur de sel and a drop of pepper / a sea bass cooked in a salt crust served with a few « glazed » carrots / a tenderloin of veal gently roasted in the oven and served with a generous pan of porcini
