Appellation : Côtes du Rhone north, left river bank.

Grape varieties on the estate :
Syrah for red wines and Marsanne for whites.


Terrain :
Glacial alluvia composed of rounded stones.

Climate :
Continental with mediterranean influence. Moderate yearly average rainfall.

Authorised yield :
45 hectolitres/hectare.

Cultivation :
Privileging of natural regulation, with working of the soil.

Grape picking :
Manual with parcel-by-parcel selective sorting.

Vinification :
Destalking, fermentation in concrete or wooden open vats with continual temperature checks.
During this 15–21 day period, the winemaker repeatedly works the must with punch-down and pump-over.

Maturing :
In casks, "demi-muids” (oak barrels), or vats for 12–18 months.
The wine is bottled on the estate.
