Wine tasting : |
Color : Yellow with green highlights, brilliant and bright.
Nose : Expressive with verbana and lime blossom, white peach and pear aromas
Palate : A refined and lovely roundness underlined by a delicate crisp hint with a light bitterness in the finish. A subtle taste, a balance between richness and tension that leaves space for a hint of refreshing bitterness in the finish
Pairing : In its youth, this wine will enhance the fine and smooth textures of perch fillet with lemon butter. After, it will be perfect with the autumn flavours of a ballotine of fowl with foie gras served with cèpes
